Asparagus: A Vegetable Underdog

 Hi Everyone! 

I am so excited because my asparagus plants have been producing sooooo well! I think asparagus is sometimes an underrated vegetable and many people don't know what to do with it besides plating it with salt and pepper, or they don't like it because it wasn't prepared properly. I've been busy in the kitchen coming up with different recipes that are fun and flavorful, but also don't diminish the asparagus. I'd love to hear about your favorite asparagus recipes so comment below and keep an eye out for future asparagus recipes! 

Asparagus plants are extremely easy to grow! You do need some patience as it takes a few years for the plants to fully establish, but I guarantee you will enjoy them once you have them.
