Hello My Fellow Italians and Italian Food Lovers!
Who doesn't love a good, crispy, chicken cutlet? Well, I certainly do so I decided to share this delicious recipe with you. Chicken cutlet is an easy weekday meal that is family-friendly and is great for those hot summer days. If you have picky eaters, just tell them it's a chicken patty or just a really big chicken nugget lol
My favorite way to enjoy this is with a side of fresh arugula dressed with lemon and a pinch of salt or shredded Parmigiano Reggiano, but it pairs well with any summer veggie.
