Sorry it's been a while! I feel like mini hiatuses are my new normal...
Anyway, I would like to share with you the recipe for my amazing instant pot pork roast! There are two sandwiches that dominate in Philadelphia; the cheesesteak (obviously) and the roast pork sandwich. I am here to tell you how to make the most flavorful and juicy roast pork that is great in sandwiches and even on its own.
My family devours this and can eat the leftovers on a daily basis. It's a perfect sandwich when you add in a Liscio's roll, provolone, and sauteed broccoli rabe. Instead of broccoli rabe, sauteed broccoli leaves from your broccoli plant or fresh spinach taste just as great! Try it out at your next event or your next family dinner. It's a crowd pleaser for sure!
