New Year, New Ham Recipe

 Merry Christmas and Happy New Year Everyone!!!

I hope you all have a blessed 2025!! 

Every culture has a New Year's tradition that is said to bring good fortune in the new year. My family enjoys a bubbly pot of cheese fondue, but for many in the US, some variation of ham is the more popular choice. The question then unfolds; What do I do with the leftover ham? The answer; make my Ham Primavera! This recipe is one of my family's favorites and I hope it becomes a staple in your home as well! It's a cozy pasta dish with ham, fresh veggies, and a creamy, but not too heavy cheese sauce. As always, feel free to make it your own and have fun with it!
